The Method

Reiki is a holistic approach that complements traditional medical treatments, based on the principle of universal healing energy. Through gentle and focused touch on specific points of the body, Reiki energy is channeled. This energy naturally flows to the areas where the person needs it most, helping the body to enhance its self-healing potential.

Reiki provides significant relief on physical, mental, and emotional levels. It is practiced while lying down and fully clothed.

The method was created in Japan in the 1920s by its founder Mikao Usui.

For whom?

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive practice suitable for people of all ages, including children, seniors, pregnant women, as well as those with chronic illnesses or in recovery.

Reiki can help relieve pain and ease stress and anxiety.

How is a session conducted?

Reiki is practiced while lying down and fully clothed. The therapist gently places their hands on specific points along the body’s energy pathways. The hands remain in each area for about two minutes, or longer if needed, to release tension and relieve pain. The session is enhanced with singing bowls if you wish.
